The DC40 - in a single pass - cleans most types floor coverings including:-

Wood, PVC, studded rubber, lino, marble, granite, stone, quarry-tiles, profiled ceramic floors and non-slip safety floors will be ready to walk on in minutes. Soft floor coverings including woven and non-woven short pile carpet, carpet tiles, and entrance matting can also be cleaned and although not dry instantly, because of the low amount of water used they dry much quicker than extraction.

This multi-purpose machine can even be used on travelators and escalators.
