CT110 ECS, thanks to the “Micro Scrub” system saves more than 80% of water compared to a traditional scrubber-drier, avoiding frequent waste of time in transfer, discharge and tank refilling. The “Micro Scrub” technology, fundamental part of ECS (Eco Cost Solution) has been studied and perfectly defined in order to obtain and maximise all characteristics and advantages in using micro fibre, optimising paved cleaning methods and cleaning results.
In order to obtain such important results, 3 main technical characteristics had to be changed compared to a traditional scrubber-drier:

• High rotation speed = 600 rpm (over 3 times a traditional scrubber) to maximise cleaning results of millions of micro fibres
• Very low pressure = The pad only slightly touches the ground, allowing higher oxygenation of the fibres
• Limited water = Micro fibre requires only very small quantities of water to be efficient.

Micro Scrub system is above all “multi use” as by simply pressing a button and changing the pad/brush, the machine can be transformed immediately into a traditional scrubber-drier with 200 rpm and higher ground brush pressure. The “Micro Scrub” system optimises the working time of the micro fibre pads that can be used in average for the cleaning of around 5.000 sqm. The pads can be easily rinsed under a tap and/or washed in a washing machine for at least 200 times, nearly 5 times longer than the duration of a traditional brush and 10 times the duration of a standard pad.

CT110 ECS, thanks to its micro dosing of chemicals, by means of its “Chem Dose” system, makes you save more than 90% of chemicals normally used with a traditional scrubberdrier. Chem Dose is an innovative system which enables a scrubber drier to handle detergentseparately from the water tank.
When scrubbing, the Chem Dose delivers a controlled chemical flow precisely adjustable between 0 to 3% in order to use chemicals in the most rational and precise way. Apart from gaining maximum productivity at the lowest cost, this system also maintains water circuits clean and efficient.

As silent as a butterfly

CT110 ECS when operating in “Micro Scrub” setting, the micro fibre pads slightly touch the surface, avoiding the annoying noise normally made by usual brushes and pads. The CT 110 ECS is moreover equipped with a surprisingly silent vacuum system, which make it almost inaudible. Such characteristics allows the machine to be used closed surroundings such as hospitals, schools, offices, and public environments in general where operating in silence is essential.

Studied to guarantee the maximum levels of energy saving

CT110 ECS, thanks to it “Energy Saver” technology the machine has a lower energy absorption compared to traditional machines on the market. The recharging system of the batteries, can reduce energy consumption by 30% compared to most chargers while saving precious battery cycles. Important technological innovations on motor absorption, soft start system, auto power off, slowdown whilst curving and a very high performance re-charge have been especially studied.

Assures higher standards of hygiene and cleaning, in certain cases can also avoid separate activities to obtain floor shine effect

CT110 ECS, thanks to the “Micro Scrub” system puts to use all significant advantages of the micro fibre both in regards to hygiene and cleaning results. CT 110 ECS if required can be used in any moment also as a traditional scrubber-drier by simply pressing a button. Micro fibre is one of the most important innovations in professional cleaning made in recent years, especially thanks to its electrostatic power (fine polyester threads) and its very high absorbing capacity (fine polyamide threads).
For example, just one thread of these fabrics, is 100 times thinner than a human hair. The fibres therefore penetrate deeply into difficult to reach area’s and also collect efficiently oily residuals thanks to one of its polyamide fibres in lyophilic material. CT110 ECS, thanks to the “Micro Scrub” system and appropriate IPC chemicals, can in one unique cleaning passage leave the floor surface with a good shine effect.
