CSA Cleaning Store - Terms & Conditions

Descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge but CSA cannot accept responsibility  for any errors in text or part numbers and may withdraw or alter information without notice.
We reserve the right to substitute an item with a similar product unless the customer expresses a desire for us not to do so at the time of ordering.

1. Registration
1.1 'csacleaningstore.co.uk' means CSA Cleaning Equipment. You are the customer. You agree to purchase goods from csacleaningstore.co.uk subject to these Terms and Conditions which will apply to all transactions.
1.2 You must be 18 years or over and must complete the registration process to purchase goods from csacleaningstore.co.uk.
1.3 Your email address is required so that csacleaningstore.co.uk can supply detailed information regarding your order, such as Invoice, Order confirmation and any changes. By completing the registration process, you accept that your email address may be used to supply this information.

2. Ordering
2.1 The prices on the csacleaningstore.co.uk site are the current stated price for that product. The customer will have that price fixed at the point of completing the transaction (payment).
2.2 All prices exclude Value Added Tax, which will be added at the designated rate.

3. Alternative Goods
3.1 Goods are subject to availability and prevailing market conditions. If any goods you wish to purchase are not available, csacleaningstore.co.uk will contact you to offer an alternative product. This contact will be made via email or a telephone call.

4. Payment
4.1 Payment will be requested from the credit card company on the day of order to cover the costs of goods and delivery. Methods of payment are as stated in the checkout area of the site.
4.2 Off-line payments will be accepted either by cheque, cash or credit card via the phone, however cleared funds will be needed before the item is shipped.

5. Delivery Service
5.1 When goods are delivered, you or someone on your behalf will be required to inspect the goods. The contract of sale is not complete until you accept the goods at the time of delivery. You are within your rights to refuse part or all of the goods before signing the dispatch note.
5.2 If someone, other than you, at the delivery address signs for the goods, csacleaningstore.co.uk will be entitled to assume that person is authorised by you to accept the goods. The person signing for the goods must be 18 years or older.
5.3 We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the goods after the contract of sale has been concluded. Otherwise, our liability to you shall be limited in contract and/or tort to the value of the order only, unless we have been negligent and that negligence has caused death or personal injury.
5.4 csacleaningstore.co.uk operate a standard 3 working day delivery service for all stock items.
5.5 All shortages/damage must be reported in writing (or by e-mail) the same day as the delivery of the goods.

6. Returns
6.1 Any goods you refuse to the carrier will be automatically refunded to the credit or debit card used to make the payment, and shown as a refund on the next payment card statement, upon safe return of the goods. We are reliant upon your bank for the speed of any refund. Refunds take approximately 7 working days to reach your account.
6.2 Any goods returned must be unopened and in a resalable condition, unused, and will be subject to a handling charge of 15% per item. An additional collection charge will be applied if collection is requested.
6.3 Goods returned to us directly, or at you own cost, will be inspected before refund is made. If in resalable order then a handling charge of 15% will be applied and your refund will reflect this.
6.4 You must decide before ordering, if the goods are suitable for your needs.

7. Special Offers and Promotions
7.1 csacleaningstore.co.uk will have promotions and special offers from time to time. All email invoices will show the promotion, offer or discount. Please check your invoice at the time of order.        
7.2 If you have a voucher for discount, please enter the details before completing a transaction, the value amount for the voucher will be deducted from your credit card bill before completing the transaction. Vouchers may only be used once.
7.3 Vouchers cannot be used in respect of goods to be delivered after the expiry date - see Voucher for expiry date. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. Privacy and General Provisions
8.1 To help us ensure the best possible service, if we communicate with you by telephone, please note that some telephone calls may be recorded.    
8.2 These Terms and Conditions and the documents produced in accordance with it comprise the entire agreement between you and csacleaningstore.co.uk. English law is the governing law of each contract.
