CSA Cleaning Store - Frequently Asked Questions

1. Is it safe to shop online at csacleaningstore?
csacleaningstore use the industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption method. This will ensure a safe and secure transaction every time you visit the site.

2. How do I shop online?
• Use the menus to navigate to the product you are looking for (or use the search facility)
• If you want to purchase a product, select the buy button to add the product to your cart.
• when you've finished your purchases, please proceed to the checkout

3. When do I have to log in?
To make online shopping safe and secure, you'll have to log in when you're submitting payment or personal details.

4. What is my username?
Usernames are you email address.

5. What is my password?
If you have forgotten, complete the ‘forgotton password’ section on the site and we will e-mail it to you.

6. How can I pay for my order?
Paypal, Cheque, Bank transfer or COD (COD within 50 miles of HQ and order value of £1000 or more).

7. Can I cancel or change an order?
If the order has left we may not be able to stop the delivery, if it has not left us we will gladly cancel or change your order

8. How do I add to my order once I have submitted it?
Just place a new order. We will do our very best to attach it to your other order

9. How do I return an item I have purchased?
Just send it back or give us a call and we will make the arrangements for you, however there will be a charge if we make the arrangements.

10. Do I have to pay for returns?
Yes, our terms state that you have to, unless we have sent an item you have not ordered.

11. Am I charged for the items as soon as I order them?
Payment will be requested from the credit card company on the day of order to cover the costs of goods and delivery.
Methods of payment are as stated in the checkout area of the site.

12. Do I have to pay for delivery?
Some promotions allow for free delivery, otherwise carriage will be charged at a nominal rate. You can see this before completing the purchase

13. How long do I have to wait for my order to arrive?
This depends on the items ordered, 5-7 working days is normal .

14. Can I specify a day or time for delivery?
At present with internet orders the answer is no, if you call us we can arrange pre 10.00am delivery, however this will attract an extra charge from the carrier.

15. Do I have to sign for my parcel?
You or somebody on your behalf, will need to sign for the order. We will not leave a parcel with someone under 18 years old.

16. What if I am out when the courier tries to deliver?
A note will be left, please contact us and we will make arrangements to re-deliver

17. Can I send my parcel to a different address?
Yes – please ensure you have completed the delivery address in your personal details section of the web site.

18. Can I have my items delivered to more than one address in the same order?
No, you will need to process separate orders

19. If part of my order is out of stock, do I have to pay an extra delivery charge when it is sent to me?
No - if something's out of stock we won't charge you any extra to deliver it when it comes back into stock.

20. Can I order from overseas?
At present we do not accept non UK based orders.
